How To Meditate

Have you ever used the excuse I don’t have time to meditate? Well there’s no excuse because meditation can be practised in just one minute. This exercise helps you to centre yourself by finding a place of detached peace within that can be accessed at any time of the day or night.

Meditation Masters say that meditation for beginners should be practised for very small sessions times, many times during the day. Just one minute can bring great benefits and you can fit meditation into your normal routines.

Eventually you can practise for one minute 50 times a day and you can reap all the enormous scientific benefits that meditation can bring.

The main skill of meditation is being able to drop the last though and re-focus on the present moment. So how long does it take to meditate? As long as it takes to drop the last thought – which is no time at all.
